Spring Has Sprung with MUA Makeup Academy….

Hello again lovelies

So along with my 3 gorgeous Springtime nail polishes, I also bought the new palette from MUA Makeup Academy, Spring Break. Check out my nail polishes Here

This is soooo pretty! A gorgeous mixture of  shimmer/shiny pinks, neutrals and pale greens, there are no matte shades as I see it. All the 12 colours are very wearable and on point for Spring.

I love that MUA put the names of each eyeshadow on the underneath of the palette, so on the top row we have: REFINE, CHERUB, AMBER, SPEARMINT, POSY and SORREL. On the bottom row we have: AURORA, BRONZE BLUSH, CATACOMB, SEAFOAM, GOLD KHAKI and DAMSON.

There is just one shade in this palette that I had a problem with, and will need to be used with an eye primer to help it along a bit, it’s  the very first shade in the palette REFINE. I had trouble picking up the colour on my brush and transferring it to the skin, it doesn’t seem to be as pigmented as the others in the palette but as with all MUA eyeshadows it is buildable, so it is workable and I’ll use it. All the other shades are perfectly pigmented, creamy texture and blendable. The Spring Break palette really is the perfect addition for your Springtime looks.
