Nourish Skin Range….Radiance Firming Facial Oil..

Hello lovelies, welcome to Elegant Ageless Beauty.

This facial oil is perfection! That’s a pretty big statement from me seeing as how my favourite facial oil has for a long time been the facial oil from that “celestial sounding” brand. I actually do really LOVE this oil, and it does exactly what it says on the bottle! I’ve been using the oil for 3 months and I love the results I’ve got from it…..This is the Radiance Firming Facial Oil from Nourish Skincare.

So luxurious, it’s a beautiful blend of omega rich Macadamia and Pumpkin oils with a blend of Rosehip and Borage oil in there too, the fragrance is from the blend of Geranium and Damask Rose oils, and is glorious by the way! This facial oil is certified Vegan and cruelty free and it’s made in the United Kingdom, so this oil certainly ticks all the boxes for me for sure!

I used the Radiance Illuminating Facial Oil every night after cleansing. I apply a few drops from the  pipette dispenser to my hand and warm it a little, I then massage into my skin for 2 minutes, I take it under my eyes if the area feels a little drier than usual  and then apply my eye cream, and I always take it over my lips too. I leave the oil to sink into my skin for a few moments then add whichever night cream I’m using at the time to finish off my night-time routine. The next morning my skin looks smooth and glowing, the area around my mouth and jowls does look more firm and less saggy. I appear to look much more awake too, my skin is more alive and brighter looking when I look into the mirror and is certainly less grey looking. If I want a more intense overnight treatment, I will apply a whole pipette full of the oil to my skin then apply any overnight cream mask I have also, this gives me a wonderful hydrating and brightening treat.

You can see this gorgeous facial oil and more too if you go HERE.

Thank you for stopping by and reading today.

Heaven Skincare LIA Oil Serum.

Hey lovelies, welcome to Elegant Ageless Beauty.

I’m back to share with you my thoughts on the Heaven Skincare LIA Oil that was sent to me for review here on my blog.

As you can see the bottle is pretty special looking isn’t it? Inside the oil is pretty special too! The base oil ingredients are Organic Soya Bean, Carrot Oil, Jojoba, Rosehip, Grapeseed oils. Essential Oils packing a punch in the oil serum are Organic Rose Absolute, Neroli, Lavender and  Patchouli. It’s the fragrance of Lavender oil that hits me in the nose, my favourite floral smell ever, it’s just gorgeous. There is also Vitamins A and E within the oil serum too.

This intense oil serum is great for reducing redness and helps to calm Rosacea. I suffer from redness on my chin and cheeks, not too much but enough to make me want to conceal it when I go out, and since using the oil serum it has calmed down considerably. I’ve been using my oil mainly at night massaged into cleansed skin, then add my night cream or my Heaven Bee Venom mask on top. The following morning my skin is looking so radiant and glowing, and it’s not from hot flushes either! I have used my LIA oil serum during the day mixed into a moisturiser that’s from the high street to give the budget product more of a boost, and does it? Well yes it does. I have a high street Vitamin E day cream which I found to be unsuitable for my dry skin, it wasn’t moisturising enough, so I added some of the LIA oil Serum to it and now I can use it up because it’s working beautifully. There is absolutely no greasiness or slippery sticky skin from using the LIA oil, it sinks into the skin leaving it rejuvenated, nourished and pampered and very soft and smooth looking.

I’ve used the LIA oil serum in other ways too, massaged into my nails after removing polish to nourish them, and I also found it fantastic to smooth a little through the mid lengths of my hair! A gorgeous luxurious multi tasking oil serum! You can find the Heaven Skincare LIA Oil Serum on the website HERE.

B Skincare Restorative Facial Oil…

Hi again lovelies, welcome to Elegant Ageless Beauty.

Today I’ve a facial oil for you. It’s the B Skincare Restorative Facial Oil that was sent to me for review.

Firstly, spot the un- deliberate mistake. When I gave Mark the product to photograph I gave him the wrong box! The box for the facial oil isn’t exactly the same as the one showing, but it’s all about the oil and not the box it comes in, isn’t it?

So on with talking about this delicious facial oil. Firstly, it’s in a glass bottle and dispensed via a pipette dropper which I love. It has a very subtle rose fragrance which is due to the blend of Rosehip with Argan and Shea butter. These three combined within the rich oil help with the firmness and radiance of the skin. There is also something called Crambe seed oil in the product which helps calm and comfort the skin by providing up to 12 hours hydration. It contains high levels of Vitamin C which is helping to maintain the skins radiance and protects from dryness.

It’s best to use the oil at night as part of your bedtime routine for a really pampering overnight treatment for your skin. After cleansing and toning, I warm 2/3 drops of the oil in the palms of my hands. But before I apply to my face I always seem to breathe in the fragrance first, then I lay my hands onto my face to “push” the oil into my skin. I then massage my face for about 3 minutes and finish my routine with my night cream.

I’ve been using my B. Skincare Restorative Facial Oil every night for 2 months and I can honestly say that the morning after, my skin looks fantastic. It feels very soft, smooth and hydrated, and glowing too. I am loving using it, a lot! There is 30 ml of glorious oil in the bottle which will last for ages, It’s got a 12 month shelf life once open. As with all B. Skincare products it’s not tested on animals and it’s perfect for Vegan and vegetarians to use too. It’s just £7.99 in store at Superdrug or online HERE

B. Skincare…. First Thoughts….PR samples.

Hello again lovelies!

I have had some very lovely skincare by B. sent to me from Jenny Hill PR, for which I am so grateful for, it’s the first time a PR company has noticed my work and sent me products for review so I’m really excited to get these products. I’ve had many brands send me products to trial and review but never a PR company, until now.

B. is for Beautiful. It’s a gorgeous premium skincare and makeup brand exclusive to Superdrug. With 4 phases of skincare, Phase 1 created for those in their 20s/30s Phase 2 is 30s/40s Phase 3 is 40s/50s and Phase 4 is 50s onwards. My products are a mix of phases 3 and 4.

In my gorgeous skincare package I have a Day Cream with SPF 20, a Night Cream, a Serum, a Facial Oil and an Eye Cream. I’m a serum and facial oil virgin so I’m very excited to be trying those two products! I haven’t started using all the skincare together yet as I want to take some nice photos for my blog first, but I have started using the Serum under another day cream and the Facial Oil under another night cream. The Serum is dispensed via a pump-action, while the Facial Oil is a dropper/pipette type.

Of the two products I’ve tried so far, my first thoughts are the facial oil is my favourite. After cleansing at night I applied 3 drops of the oil in the palm of my hand (the instructions say 2 but it wasn’t enough for me) and massaged for a couple of minutes over my face. I then applied my night cream and my skin felt amazing!

So far I’m loving what I’ve tried, I shall be trialling everything for a couple of weeks and get back to you with the results then, so I hope you will come back to see what I thought. In the meantime if you go to the Superdrug website you will find there is a better than half price offer on selected B. products HERE
